Qualifications:
* Male max 40 years old for Asst Manager and 35 years old for Supervisor
* Minimum working experience 4 years in an automotive or manufacturing company for (BAD-ASM, LOG-ASM), 3 years for (BAD-SPV, LOG-SPV), 2 years for (VPS) and 1 year for (BAD-SF, ENG-SF) in similar position
* Minimum Bachelor degree for (BAD-ASM, BAD-SPV,BAD-SF, ENG-SPV, ENG-SF, LOG-ASM, LOG-SPV) and diploma degree for (VPS) from reputable University, majoring in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
* Have experience in cost structure & pricing for BAD position, have experience to handle project job / supply chain process for Logistic position, Not color blind for Vehicle position, and able to drive & have a driver license A for Engineering position
* Excellent communication skill in English, both written & oral for all position, Japanese communication will be an advantage & Computer Literate
* Strong analytical & reporting skills and aptitude to business related issues for all positions
* Self motivated, tough, honest and able to work in team and under pressure
