* S1 from Computer Science or Informatics with min 2year experience at IT related (Priority)
* Have IT Skill (SAP, Windows, PC, Office, Internet, Anti Virus)
* Have a Communication Skill
* Have a Customer Relationship Skill
* English (min. Passive)
* Have a Sense of customer satisfaction & operational support readiness
