We are seeking a self-motivated team player for the following position in our Jakarta office :
Customer Service Administrator
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service to Distributors and OEM customers throughout Indonesia
* Ensure customer orders are processed promptly and accurately
* Work with customers on stock reservation, delivery, back orders, claims, pricing and promotions
* Liaise with forwarder for shipment of goods and expedite collection of goods invoiced
* Maintain and update customer list, order/sales registers and all other relvant records.
Requirements :
* Female
* Minimum bachelor degree in Economy / Social Science Background
* 3 years sales support experiences
* SAP system, Window & Microsoft applications
* Aggressive with strong commitment
* Team player with good communication skills
* Willingness to learn and possess a positive attitude
