Accounting Manager

Purpose of the Job:

To oversee accounting control function of the company to support management for decision making & performance improvement

Responsibilities:

• Ensure enforcement of SOP and other control function related to accounting, fix asset, inventory, Purchase & project operations
• Ensure reliable, meaningful and timely reports/information including statutory compliance
• Perform budgeting control
• Risk management & control activity
Requirements
• Male, S1 or S2 degree of Accounting from reputable University, GPA > 3,00
• Has minimum experience of 5 years in same position
• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, have enthusiasm to learn business process, leadership skill
• Conversant with English (Oral / written) is must.
• Conversant with MS office operation
• Age 28 - 32 years

Invoice Control Supervisor

Purpose of the Job:

Controlling the entire payment request from operation, completeness, compliance, consistence and accuracy for all payment made. Tight control schedule for all contract and give cost saving improvement idea.

Responsibilities:

• To check the schedule of contracts for accuracy payment
• To ensure the completeness of all payment request from operation (completeness of supporting data)
• To understand the operation process for all payment transaction
• To control budget related to all payment
Requirements :
• Male/Female, S1 degree of any major discipline, GPA > 3,0
• Has minimum experience of 3 years in same position
• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, have enthusiasm to learn business process, good communication skill
• Conversant with English (Oral / written) is must.
• Conversant with MS office operation
• Age ≤ 30 years
