IT - Senior Business Analyst (MIDC INA - 001/2008)

Job Description:

* Delivering value added to business functions through technology.
* Understanding of business processes and system of Marketing and Supply Chain
* You will also be expected to work with internal / external providers to deliver these solutions and to ensure the solutions are align with the IT strategy.
* Project Management experience with project lead capabilities are preferred.

Job Requirements:

* Experience in FMCG industry will be an advantage.
* Functional experience in implementing / supporting SAP is essential; along with the principal knowledge of system design and root cause analysis.
* Master degree or Bachelor degree with IT education background from reputable university with minimum 5 years of working experience in the business IT environment are welcome to apply to this position.

IT - Customer Service Manager (MIDC INA-002/2008)

Job Description:

* Managing and administering the local and wide area networks, servers, computers and other relevant equipments.
* Provide support to all users throughout BAT Indonesia and ensure that high quality services are maintained.
* Responsible for managing the Disaster Recovery Center for mission-critical applications, as well as ensuring the availability, integrity and security of data, software and hardware.
* In charge of operational policies, procurement of IT materials and managing operational cost within agreed budget.

Job Requirements:

* Knowledge in networks and different operating platforms such as Windows Server 2003/2000, SCO UNIX, Lotus Notes R6 are essential.
* Experience in implementing ERP system and other business applications will be a plus.
* Master degree or Bachelor degree with IT education background from reputable university with minimum 5 years of working experience in the business IT environment & company with multiple sites or branches are welcome to apply to this position

Regulatory Executive (MIDC INA - 003/2008)

Job Description:

* Support the Regulatory Affairs Manager in managing and implementing a sensible regulatory strategy for the company.
* Actively and effectively liaise with the company’s priority stakeholders in order to eventually monitor activities, events, and/or issues affecting the current and future tobacco industry’s related regulations
* Maintain/update the company’s Regulatory Database and Stakeholders Management System (SMS)
* Support the improvement of sensible regulatory awareness and understanding internally within BAT Indonesia.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
• University Graduate, majoring in Law, International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy or Economics. Holding a Master degree in relevant field would be a plus.
• Having more or less 2-3 years experience in a multinational company handling substantial Corporate Affairs roles mainly in the areas of Government Relations and/or regulatory works.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Clear understanding of the common regulatory process and the government structure in Indonesia. Knowledge on the Indonesian tobacco industry is an advantage
• Clear understanding of the monetary and fiscal activities of government. Knowledge on the tobacco tax/excise revenues is an advantage
• Clear understanding of socio-economic and political environments, current thinking on globalization, public policy making processes and regulatory structures
• Excellent analytical skill in relation to recognize business opportunities and threats presented by current and future legislation and able to provide relevant recommendations
• Familiar with category regulatory system (international and local)
