Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and yearly financial reporting for the Management and Parent Company in German as well as for the statutory requirements,
• Prepare financial forecasting and budgeting,
• Liaise with Internal & External Auditors, Tax consultants, Tax Auditors, Banks and other financial related parties,
• Manages and responsible for the smooth completion of the yearly financial audit and or tax audit,
• Maintain proper documentation for internal purpose and any financial-related purposes like financial audit, custom and tax audit,
• Maintain proper procedures and its implementation for financial-related operational and ensure the compliance to the internal policies as well as to the statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree or Master in Accounting ( Finance )
• Deep knowledge in Local GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS
• Good understanding in Taxation and Budgeting
• Excellent communication skills & leadership
• Literate in Computer uses & English
• Having SAP knowledge, Auditing/Consulting experience & working experience with a MNC would be an advantage
