1. Piping Engineer (P - Eng)
Responsibilities:
• Develop Scope of Work for engineering design and supervise the FEED engineering/ EPCI Contractors throughout the contract period.
• Provide direction, review Contractors deliverables related with engineering design works and ensure the design comply with Design Basis / Specifications and Standard Codes.
• Interface with respective Lead Engineering, Technical Authority (TA) and other discipline engineers.
• Prepare piping engineering design throughout the project CVP Phase (Appraise to Execute).
• Provide piping engineering works from detail engineering phase until construction/ installation phase, provide information design and analysis.
• Perform piping integrity review and evaluation; provide recommendation and solution as forms of scope of work.
• Provide quality assurance function for all Contractors' s piping engineering works and deliverables in order to achieve required engineering integrity and quality.
• Participate on HAZOP, HAZID and any relevant engineering risk assessment.
Qualification
• Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable University or related Engineering.
• Minimum of 10-15 years experience in Piping/Mechanical Design for oil & gas projects
• Strong interpersonal skill and fluent in both written and verbal English communication skill.
2. Mechanical Engineer (M - Eng)
Responsibilities:
• Develop Scope of Work for engineering design and supervise the FEED engineering/ EPCI Contractors throughout the contract period.
• Provide direction, review Contractors deliverables related with engineering design works and ensure the design comply with Design Basis / Specifications and standard codes.
• Interface with respective Lead Engineering, Technical Authority (TA) and other discipline engineers.

• Provide mechanical engineering works from detail engineering phase until construction/ installation phase, provide information design and analysis.
• Perform mechanical static equipment integrity review and evaluation; provide recommendation and solution as forms of project scope of work.
• Provide quality assurance function for all Contractor's mechanical engineering works and deliverables in order to achieve required engineering integrity and quality.
• Participate on HAZOP, HAZID and any relevant engineering risk assessment.
Qualification
• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 10 years applicable experience in EPC projects in Oil and Gas development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management systems and have advanced knowledge of oil and gas facilities, standards and codes, mechanical/ piping simulation programs and engineering principles.
• Strong interpersonal skill along with strong technical knowledge and fluent in both written and verbal English communication skills
3. QA/QC Lead Risk Eng Execute (QA/QC)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate initial site survey review & develop detailed plan to execute the work, develop/review necessary construction procedures, maintain good working relationship within internal and related government personnel, together with Construction Eng. Acting as
Representative on site (onshore & offshore).
• Ensure HSE system and CSMS is implemented during construction work, proactively give input and review on constructability design of projects.
• Develop, update as necessary and maintain the project Quality plan for the project, develop an Audit plan for implementation of project processes and procedures as well as contractors.
• Assist construction leader in day to day activities whenever required.
• Familiar with quality process of fabrication new construction also preferable with experience in Brownfield construction and understanding of GoC system.
Qualification
• Bachelor degree in Engineering with experience in oil and gas construction work at minimum of 15 years, additional skill training will preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skill and fluent in both written and verbal English communication skill
4. Non Shutdown Coordinator (NSC)
Responsibilities:
• Lead Turnaround (TAR) construction team in performing repair projects on live offshore process facilities that not requiring total shutdown; work closely with engineering team in scope development, design and detail engineering, and ensure any modification will go through management of change process; work closely with planner to develop accurate and achievable execution plan and schedule
• Work with Operations in ensuring proper isolation and permit to work prior work execution, and supervise contractors in performing offshore construction activities begin with scaffolding installation, process piping and valve replacement, hot work as required and finally hand
this over to Operations
Qualification
• Fluent English both speaking and writing including presentation to public community, skillful in Project Management and Planning & Scheduling.
• Familiar with Oil & Gas industry operations.
• Have at least Bachelor Degree in engineering
• Having at least 10 years experience in project preparation and execution including 3 years experience as project leader, experience in Brownfield Project preparation and execution is preferable.
5. Engineering Coordinator (EC)
Responsibilities:
• Develop scope of work for design and supervise engineering contractors, review result and contractors deliverables in all engineering discipline areas and ensure the design comply with our specification/ code/standard; interface with Technical Authorities (TA) and discipline engineers to ensure any modification and upgrade have gone through management of change process
• Liaise with Process Safety team in ensuring all HAZOP, HAZID, Major Accident Risk
• Major Hazard Register, Integrity Management audit and HSE audit recommendations have been addressed and accommodated into TAR scope development, planning and preparation, and responsible for the development of engineering packages of all TAR work scopes
Qualification
• Fluent English both written and verbal including presentation to public community, skillful in Process and Process Safety Engineering and knowledgeable in integrity management as well.
• Knowledgeable and experience in managing multi-discipline engineering are preferable,
experience in organizing multi discipline functions which involve big number of people.
• Familiar with Oil & Gas industry HSE.
• Have at least a Bachelor Degree in Process or Chemical Engineering
• Having at least 10 years of process design facilities/project engineering including 5 years experience in coordination of multidiscipline engineering in Offshore Brownfield Engineering Design.
6. Pressure Vessel Engineer (PV - Eng)
Responsibilities:
• Review/approve mechanical or piping design and analysis form 3rd parties/contractors ; appraise new technologies adopted f or mechanical & piping inspection & rehabilitation with assistance form technical authorities. Propose methods and procedures for mechanical & piping
repair and rehabilitation, involvement in corrosion management program.
• Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and managing contractor/3rd parties involvement in mechanical integrity program, support the Pressure System Engineer & Technical Authority and other mechanical maintenance related Technical Authority (Crane/Pumps, etc)
in all mechanical / piping engineering work
• Develop the Scope of Work for design and review of the modified facilities, supervise the engineering. Support project, field engineers and fabrication group during execute phase, Liaise with Government bodies and/or other parties with respect to Mechanical Integrity Program.
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or equivalent, Mechanical engineering related services engineering, minimum 3 years preferably in oil and gas industry.
• Understand codes and industry practices used in the oil and gas business particularly in area of mechanical & piping facilities.
• Good working knowledge of inspection techniques and planning.
• Familiar with CAESAR II, Ultra pipe, or other mechanical/piping analysis related software application is an advantage, Familiar with Microsoft Office, Good command in English.
7. Contract & Procurement Engineer (CP - Eng)
Responsibilities:
• Develop contract compliance monitoring system for each contract so that the planned versus actual spending for each line item of the contract will easily detect any deviation during the contract execution period.
• Prepare AFE package document and monitor the process.
• Monitor and liaise with PSCM Contract Engineer from the tender until the awarding stage.
• Monitor all work orders related expenditures & contract expenditures.
• Provide monthly forecast spending for each individual contract at the beginning of the month.
• Coordinate with cost controller so that the overall contract spending progress is monitored properly.
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in engineering
• Experience with contractual matter, cost analysis and scheduling management with min. 5 years experience.
• Familiar with Ms Project is an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and database management
• Fluent English both written and oral.
8. E&I Engineer (more to Electrical) (El - Eng)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project E&I engineering, interface with other functions
• Develop E&I Integrity generic requirement and E&I scope
• Maintain good working relationship within OUR CLIENT Indonesia and related government personnel
• Proactively give input and review on project engineering process and IM activities
• Assist project Engineering Mgr in day to day activities whenever required
• Work in an integrated team with FEED consultant to define EPCI ITT scope of works
• Assist in screening matrices, and scope of work
Qualification
• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
• Experience in Oil and Gas project management work at minimum of 12 years
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Fluent in both written and verbal English communication skill
• Familiar with SIL (LOPA) integrity management
• Familiar with MM complex facilities
9. HSE Coach (HC)
Responsibilities:
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of project HSE programs and provide recommendations and direction for continuous improvement.
• Conduct project HSE Training and provide guidance and coaching as required for the workforce including contractor personnel.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits during facility modification/ project offshore execution and start up.
• Provide HSE technical assistance to project team during the supplier selection, tendering and Execution. This includes coordination of the safety assessment of contractors and suppliers during pre-qualification and tendering processes.
Qualification
• Degree in engineering, industrial safety background, with a minimum of 10 years experience in oil and gas operations.
• Strong knowledge of production operation. Good analytical skills and ability to transform ideas to competitive robust solutions advanced level of experience, judgment, and practical knowledge of facilities, standards and codes.
• Good communication skill to review and discuss any HSE Plans and Work Programs with contractor/vendor with reasonable arguments
• Fluent in both written and verbal English communication. Good team player and leadership in HSE.
10. Cost Estimator (CE)
Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates and control budgets for all stages of the project; reflecting the critical interactions of the 3 components of cost estimates: technical requirements, execution plans, strategies and schedules, along with key estimate parameters.
• Perform contractor estimate reviews on behalf of the project.
• Clearly identify gaps in any of the 3 components of the estimate,
• Ensure consistency across multiple contractor estimates (single point of accountability) .
Qualification
• Bachelor degree in engineering with a minimum of 15 years applicable experience in cost estimating for EPC projects in Oil and Gas development.
• Experience in cost risk analysis
• Strong interpersonal skill along with strong technical knowledge and fluent in both written and verbal English communication skills.
• Fluent in both written and verbal English communication. Good team player and leadership in HSE.
