* Prepare & arrange the customs documents; handling the customs clearance processing relating for the importation of Duty paid, Temporary Admission, Master List (BKPM & Oil and Gas ).
* Ensure, monitor and track the plant / materials delivery form/ to overseas and inform the status to site on daily basis.
* Prepare & arrange the master list BKPM / Oil & Gas.
* Handle the processing of import & export of personal effects of expatriate staff.
* Perform other duties as requested.
Other requirements:
* Preferable to have worked in world class international companies.
* Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
* Hard worker, honest, self motivated, ability to priorities work and can work under pressure.
* Capability to achieve project schedule and working over time (if required).
* Willingness to support all team members as a part of team work.
