Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for supporting the Customer Service Manager in daily operation in the area of order processing. Key responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing customer orders, updating monthly forecast, ensuring on-time deliveries and resolving customer queries. Close collaboration with various departments (Production, Warehouse and Shipping) is required to ensure the smooth execution of order processing activities according to the planned schedules.

Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent with at least 2-4 years' experience in a similar role is preferred. Experience in order processing is an advantage. Excellent communication skill is also essential. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is expected.

Shipping Officer (Singapore)

Requirements:
Experience in Customer service preferably with manufacturing organizations for 3 to 5 years and having in-depth exposure to all or major activities in Order management/processing listed below:
* Order entry, Order confirmation, Order follow-up, Feedback to customers/sales on order status from time to time,

Job description :

* Involved in installation and commissioning performed under coordination of Project Team
* Follow-up punch list of the project and ensure its closing
* Manage relation with concerned party and liaise with government in case of necessity for new project
* Being a level 2 troubleshooter to support operation

System Engineer For IT Infrastructure (IST 08)

Responsibilities:
• Performing architecture development plan and system improvement to anticipate future needs, understanding technical requirements, and ensure timely completion of all related activities (study, procurement, implementation).
• Performing System Administration for Corporate Data Storage & Backup Systems in Balikpapan and Jakarta office.
• Performing System Administration for Unix Architecture (servers/workstations) used by G&G, SAP, Centralized Backup, and Oracle database system in Balikpapan and Jakarta office.
• Design and managing architecture integration between Unix and Windows operating system in Balikpapan and Jakarta office.

Required skills :

* Experience :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sun Solaris hardware & operating system management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Storage Area Network (SAN)/Network Attached Storage (NAS) architecture and administration, preferably NetApp appliances & Brocade switches.
• Minimum 3 years experience in centralized SAN-based backup architecture, hardware & administration, preferably Legato Networker software and StorageTek tape libraries.

* Skills :
• Have knowledge on Oracle database administration.
• Experience in Windows 2000/2003 infrastructure to be integrated with Unix system.
• Strong technical/analytical skills and implementation/production support experience.
• Knowledge of technical infrastructure, networking and system operations.
• Knowledge of hardware capacity planning and high availability solutions.
