* Prepare analysis for management of the corporate financial indicators to provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
* Monitor technical accounting issues including but not limited to accounting for income taxes pension and post-retirement benefits, foreign currency translations, inter-company eliminations, earning per share, stock compensation, equity investments, debt and borrowings, shareholders equity and others.

Qualifications: & Experience:
* Tertiary qualification (S1 degree) in Accounting with 10 years experience in finance or accounting (experience in International Financial Report Standard will be an advantage), ideally involving exposure to audit firms handling large corporate enterprises and/or the mining industry and covering all major accounting areas such as fixed assets, treasury, management reporting and costing.
* Excellent Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Planning & Organizing, Report Writing & Presentation skills.
