Contract & Administration Assistant
Report to: Contract & Administration Officer
Qualifications:
* Graduated from, min.D-3 level majoring in Industrial Engineering.
* Cumulative GPA min 2.75.
* Minimum 2 years experience in handling logistic administration in area of vendor performance monitoring, expeditor, and inventory, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
* Able to communicate in English both oral & written & good computer literacy especially MS Excel.
* Familiar with any Inventory software.
Job Description :
* Prepare vendor performance monthly report.
* Update vendor master list.
* Control and monitor all purchased goods / services.
* Investigating any delays in vendor activities and establishing remedies.
* Coordinating with user department on the delivery schedule and activity of all goods/services procurement.
* Responsible in handling logistic document which contain all purchased goods / services.
* Prepare inventory monthly report.
* Control and monitor inventory movements.
* Ensure optimal inventory re-order point so that internal customer satisfaction is maintained.
