Reporting to Head of Fulfillment, this position will responsible to:
  • Proactively train, evaluate and motivate inbound shop-floor team / associates 
  • Ensure continuous improvement and that prompt action is taken with any complaints that arise (quick action)
  • Ensure quality checked, targets and deadlines are clearly understood and are being achieved
  • Ensure all supplier deliveries are received, checked and processed within agreed processes
  • Notify appropriate departments when supplier non-conformance or shortage/overages are found, i.e. Buying, QC
  • Ensure all items are processed immediately upon arrival into warehouse
  • Produce internal performance reporting in order that throughput, quality and trends can be monitored
  • Carry out 5S practices within inbound area
  • Carry out internal health and safety audits as and when requested as well as doing investigations into any accidents or near-miss incidents

In order to succeed with this role, you should ideally have:
  • 3-5 Years’ experience in warehouse field
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with enthusiasm (verbal communication skills)
  • Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced, constantly changing and achieve innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret, report and plan based on metrics.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management System functionality.
  • Leadership, teamwork and staff development
  • Ability to successfully engage and lead individual and team discussions and meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines

Warehouse Inventory Manager @Lazada

Reporting to Head of Fulfillment, this position will responsible to:
  • Proactively train, evaluate and motivate inventory shop-floor team / associates (put away, cycle count, picking) 
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and location use counts to verify store physical inventory vs. computer counts.
  • Monitor all cycle counts and identified issues related to variances (miss tagged, misplaced, theft, damage) and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Monitors inventory levels and fulfillment center capacity to ensure proper space utilization.
  • Conduct periodic location cleanup of multiple physical locations.
  • Coordinate pick list generation and put away of items effectively
  • Conduct internal audit on inventory by coordinating inventory supervisors
  • Ensure all items are put away immediately after inbound process.
