3. QA/QC Lead Risk Eng Execute (QA/QC)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate initial site survey review & develop detailed plan to execute the work, develop/review necessary construction procedures, maintain good working relationship within internal and related government personnel, together with Construction Eng. Acting as
Representative on site (onshore & offshore).
• Ensure HSE system and CSMS is implemented during construction work, proactively give input and review on constructability design of projects.
• Develop, update as necessary and maintain the project Quality plan for the project, develop an Audit plan for implementation of project processes and procedures as well as contractors.
• Assist construction leader in day to day activities whenever required.

Responsibilities:
• Lead Turnaround (TAR) construction team in performing repair projects on live offshore process facilities that not requiring total shutdown; work closely with engineering team in scope development, design and detail engineering, and ensure any modification will go through management of change process; work closely with planner to develop accurate and achievable execution plan and schedule
• Work with Operations in ensuring proper isolation and permit to work prior work execution, and supervise contractors in performing offshore construction activities begin with scaffolding installation, process piping and valve replacement, hot work as required and finally hand

Qualification
• Fluent English both speaking and writing including presentation to public community, skillful in Project Management and Planning & Scheduling.

Logistic Shipping Planner
Position Purpose:
Lead and control daily activities of PTMI Trade shipping operation in order to ship and deliver the Finish Good to respective markets based on shipping plan in timely manner.
Key Accountabilities Area:
* Prepare plan for container optimum utilizations and control container minimum load
* Shipment booking, prepare shipping instruction and make contact to shipping line, forwarding, consolidator, and trucking company
* Prepare Export document & export customs document and submit it to Custom
* Control export equipment
* Release export shipment according to plan with sufficient volume & complete with documents
* Reporting and maintain sales shipment
Position Requirements (Knowledge, Experience & Competency):
* Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Economics, Management or Information Technology from reputable university
* Min GPA > 3.00
* Has knowledge in export administration, PC (Windows application)
* Good command both of written and speaking English
* Has leadership competencies
* Has good interpersonal & communication skills
* Willing to be located in Cikarang, Bekasi
