Import Officer

Responsibilities:
* Responsible in the import and export aspects of the Apparel, Footwear, A&G sourcing products and shops fixtures related products
* Coordination with Logistics parties, Sourcing, and international suppliers to ensure timely and appropriate product delivery/availability
* Planning and tracking the shipment for international product
* Ensure a timely Customs clearance and take the necessary actions based on the ad-hoc requirements on the field
* Supporting the Sourcing process to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery from suppliers to the warehouse
* Involved in leasing with the existing / new logistics and customs clearance agents to ensure on-time, cost effective and efficient delivery
* Comply with any reporting requirements from Adidas-Group or management

Requirements:
* A University Degree (S1) holder, with proven relevant import/export and LC knowledge experience preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience at the same position
* Able to multi-task and highly independent
* Meticulous in nature and excellent time management skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good command in English
* Computer Literate

Assistant Brand Manager

Responsibilities:
* To assist in the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives
* To assist in the successful implementation of all Sales Launch activities and customer sell in
* Sending and tracking of all promotional products linked with marketing
* Help assist Brand Ambassadors and other promotional activities
* Assist Brand Manager as directed in development of strategic plans, annual brand plans, budgeting and detailed annual activity plans
* Carry out tactical activities in support of brand objectives as directed by Brand Manager
* Work alongside Brand Manager and Sales team to develop annual in-store promotional plans that will deliver brand objectives
* Take specific responsibility for production of POS materials together with Visual Merchandiser under guidance of Brand Manager

Requirements:
* A University Degree (S1) in Marketing or related disciplines, preferably from a reputable University
* Minimum 1 year of marketing/ advertising experience, preferably in an FMCG environment
* A Fresh Graduate with strong background in Branding or Advertising will be considered
* PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages are required
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
* Good organizational skills are required
* A Team work and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
