PLN Coordinator (Makasar-Banjarmasin-Balikpapan)
Responsibilities:
* Having good connection with PLN/Power Government Company is preferred.
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering is required.
* At least 1 years experience in PLN/Power Government company.
* Be able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
* Action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent.
* Energetic & Team Player.
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Requirements:
* Having good knowledge for Power PLN work process, procedure & problem solving in term of PLN issues.
* Responsible to manage Power PLN works from start survey, application until connection on site.
* Ensuring Work application, Bill of Quantity Survey and Installation for Power PLN is done as proper.
* Be able to negotiate with Subcontractor PLN/AKLI in term of budget oriented.
* Coordination with Subcontractor CME and Subcontractor PLN/AKLI for work progress of application and installation work.
* Be capable of identifying the possibility of PLN application and proving the real situation in the field.
Finance & Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall financial management and business accounting; coordinating and directing day to day duties of the Finance Department; establish and implement financial plans, succeed company's financial objective and goals.
Job Description:
* Establish a sound financial management system and appropriate financial policies, which are to be strictly executed.
* Finalize and complete all business accounting and financial reporting according to the relevant stipulation.
* According to the company's short and long term management plans, organize and establish a company financial plan, controlling the standards and implementing the plan.
* Appropriately conduct and prepare taxation and compliances, complete all tax accounting tasks.
* Improve cash flow management and capitals budgeting, maintaining the balance between liabilities and assets, conducting effective risk control management.
* Participate in the company's relevant operations and provide strong suggestions and supporting decisions.
* Attending in Project Financial Management, Controlling the overall planning, budgeting, cost and revenue
Requirements:
* Education Requirements: Degree in Finance/Accounting major
* Strong professional background
* Effective organizational and coordination skills, adaptive to change, decision making and communications skills.
* Ability to evaluate on multiple levels and examine the macroscopic financial situation.
* Fluently in English and Mandarin both spoken and written.
* Intermediate skills in using Computing systems.
* Have experience as financial supervisor or above for 3 or more years

Local Purchase Staff
Responsibilities:
* Organize or invite public bidding invitation for purchasing production materials; set up bidding organizational guidelines, bid evaluation standards and conduct bidding result analysis and conclusion
* Be in charge of public bidding project management
* Be responsible for negotiating contract terms and contract conclusion
* Arrange local procurement schedule of production materials based on sales contract requirements; keep track of purchasing process, purchase contract implementation and stock conditions
* Evaluate the standards of commercial contracts and bidding documents, and ensure the accurate implementation of commercial solution plans, at the same time maintain competitiveness of the bid.
* Participate in commercial negotiation and clarification meetings.
* Assist on confirmation and validation of the outsourcing and subcontractor on commercial aspects.
* Establish and maintain the commercial information platform.
Requirements:
* Degree in Commercial Management/Trade/Logistics or equivalent
* A Bachelor's degree holder with in Trade) or commercial contract laws.
* At least 2 years working experience related to international trade or international project bidding in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
* Ability to implement the commercial part of International Commerce contract, and familiar with International Goods Transportation and Insurance, Engineering Project Insurance, Letter of Credit, bill of document operation, etc.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English as well as to converse in Mandarin will be an added value.
* An independent, open minded team player, well adaptable in multi-culture environment and have a leadership skill.
Logistic Staff/Custom Clearance
Responsibilities:
* Take charge clearance custom part:
* Prepare all obligatory document to be used clearance custom
* Provide obligatory document in order to assist customer(operator) to get import permit;
* Responsible for clearance custom until take out all cargo from custom;
* Support implementation of projects part
* Initiate and organize selecting broker and forwarder for implementation of project;
* Organize and harmonize broker and forwarder in order to finish distribution and transportation in land;
Requirements:
* Degree in Logistics/Trade/Economics or equivalent
* Over 2 years' work experience in logistics/forwarders, especially have clearance custom experience;
* Strong communication and organizational skills and abilities to motivate others; experienced in project management
* Possess professional logistic knowledge; be familiar with major supplier authentication and procurement processes
* Know all procedures and policy of customs Import and export.
* Proficient in English
