Currently, we open job vacancies for young, dynamic and adventurous people to be positioned as Custom House Brokerage Supervisor who will responsible to ensure all export documents are well administered comply with customs regulation and leading an established team within the Warehouse consolidation facilities at Cakung, Jakarta.
Custom House Brokerage Supervisor – Based in Cakung
Primary Responsibilities:
* To ensure that all export documents i.e. DO, PE, LPBC, Stacking Card, clearance documents PE, PKBE, PNBP are well prepared and comply with customs regulation
* To ensure that withdrawal of empty container from port are well administered
* Make weekly regular progress report on job assignment for management decision
* To update new regulation which relate to custom all the times
* Responding for all issues rising related to CHB matters
* Liaise with external parties to maintain good relationship for smooth operation
* All reports have to be done in accurate and timely manner
* To coach, lead and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental goals
Requirements:
* Dynamic and highly motivated
* Possess the ability to perform analytical skill
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English both written and spoken
* At least a bachelor degree from any major
* Familiarity with customs regulations is mandatory (Custom Regulations, Export Import Regulation, PPJK)
* Minimum 3 years proven track record experience at supervisory level in a logistic or any related environment
