Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia (CCBI) - National Office is inviting the right candidate to fill in the position in Human Resources area as HR Officer – Recruitment.

The HR Officer - Recruitment is responsible for ensuring the implementation of effective selection and recruitment processes so as to identify the best-fit candidate deemed suitable with Job Requirements, particularly in accommodating the following activities:

* Evaluating the correctness and completeness of Employee Requisition documentation to ensure all the requirement inline with Headcount and Man Power Planning policy;
* Working together with Web Master to facilitate the launching a vacant position required by the User through internal and / or external media and job portal, in order to secure valuable candidates as many as possible;
* Reviewing and screening valuable talents, both internal and external applicants;
* Ensuring effective and efficient interview practices through preliminary interview processes, including collecting the required documents, such as Internal Approvals;
* Conducting interview session and presenting the result to user particularly for non-managerial positions;
* Arranging all schedules as required for selection activities, such as HR Interviews, User Interviews, and Psychological assessment, if any;
* Arranging all schedules in line with post-selection activities, such as Medical Check Up, Offering, etc.;
* Preparing and distributing ‘Thank You’ letter to those unsuccessful candidates;
* Collecting all the required personal documents from the Candidate’s part;
* Supporting the managers in preparing and processing salary recommendations;
* Receiving, categorizing, processing and filing each of incoming CVs for the benefits of organization, particularly in keep enriching the talent data bank;
* Acting as the ‘front entrance’ of the new comers, to welcome and introduce the incumbent to the User and the Organization as an overall;

To be successful in this position, ideally the incumbent would have the following qualifications:

* Bachelor degree in appropriate vocation relevant to one or more of the above responsibilities or from psychology background would be a distinct advantage.
* Having to his / her credit a total of more than 2 years working experience in related area, Preference will be given to individual with "search"/ headhunting" experience.
* Having good interpersonal skills, discipline, result oriented, highly motivated and tenacious individuals who have good networking skills with possession of a wide range of contacts within the business and corporate communities.
* Having excellent English communication skills and confident dealing with senior level executives.
* Solid knowledge in recruitment system, selection tools, and sourcing method is MUST.
* Computer literate.
