Compensation & Benefits Officer
Report to : HR Manager

Qualifications:

* Min. Bachelor Degree with background in Business Management, Accounting with minimum GPA 2.75.
* At least 3 years of working experience in the handling payroll, Salary Structure, Jamsostek, PPh-21, man-power regulation & pension fund (DPLK) preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
* Understand of Indonesia Labor Regulations and current trends and concepts in Human Capital Area.

Key Accountabilities Area

* Design and review proposal for compensation and benefit in order to develop compensation & benefit policy and procedures.
* Prepare annual labor cost budget and monitor the implementation based on data annual TGI.
* Handle employees inquiries and communicate the compensation and benefit policy and package to all employees in order to socialized and get buy-in from all employees.
* Analyze data (cost of living index, data market, internal comparative study, employee performance appraisal and benchmarking) as basis to develop annual salary increment and adjustment for TGI.
* Analyze and determine employee tax, medical insurance cost, social insurance / Jamsostek and pension scheme to comply with TGI policy and government regulation and recommendation for management.
* Analyze corporate overtime cost and give recommendation to management in order to control and manage company costs.
* Control and manage corporate remuneration package to ensure that are disbursed accordingly.

Organization & HR System Development Officer
Report to: Human Resources Manager

Key Accountability Areas:

* Coordinate, review and design organization structure as required to meet company’s business requirements.
* Develop and maintain updated Job Description for all employees in order to ensure applicable role and responsibilities of the employees
* Conduct workload analysis, coordinate and determine manpower planning to maximize efectivity and efficiency workforce in the company
* Develop and implement HR system and procedures (Performance Management Systems, Career Management System and HRIS) to maximize HR system implementation in the company.
* Develop company employee regulation and conduct review periodically to ensure its compliance with Indonesian labor law.
* Conduct and coordinate job evaluation process to ensure its applicability as a basis for reward system and other HR application in the Company.
* Coordinate and facilitate annual Performance Management System (PMS) cycle to ensure consistent application across the Company.
* Develop annual budget for human resources project to ensure project budget efficiency.



[Requirements]

*
Bachelor Degree with background in Business Management, Psychology or Law with minimum GPA 2.75.
*
At least 2 years of working experience in the handling Organization Development and Assessment (supervisor level) at Oil & Gas Industry.
*
Preferable having experience in leading HR projects with consultant.
*
Preferable having knowledge in Workload Analysis, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Organizational Diagnosis & Assessment, Career Management & Succession Planning.
*
Understand of Indonesia Labor Regulations and current trends and concepts in Human Capital Area.
*
Able to work in tight schedule as well as maintain good spirit as a team member.
*
Persistence, proactive and showing continuous interest to learn.
*
Good interpersonnel skill.
