Billing, Payment & Collection Staff
Main responsibilities :
* Produce monthly billing/invoices
* Collection & payment reconciliation on timely basis
* Handling inquiry, complaint & update of customers bill
Requirements :
* Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
* Effective spoken & written English
* Computer literacy
* Posses knowledge about Telco industry would be an advantage
* Posses knowledge about accounts receivable or collection would be an advantage
* Fast learner, team player, highly integrity & responsible
