IS Support Executive (ISE)
Responsibilities:
* To plan, direct and evaluate the functions associated with computer operations, data entry, help desk, and security administration, maintaining a full 24-hour, seven day a week support operation to the entire organization.
* To monitor system response time, resources, and downtime, ensuring system availability and security, controlling access, evaluating operational and help desk effectiveness, ensuring and documenting appropriate backup processing/storage, and ensuring satisfactory system environment.
* Technical competencies: Basic Network Configuration, Basic PABX Communication, PC & Laptop Troubleshooting, Active directory knowledge.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree major in information system, with 3 years experience in similar position, excellent in English.
