Treasury Team Leader

Major Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Treasury Analysts who are responsible for banking, credit and cash management activities for Indonesia business unit.
· Managing and monitoring cash management activities supporting the business unit.
· Performing and reviewing credit risk assessment and payment term related to new and existing gas sales agreement and procurement contracts.
· Reviewing and streamlining of cash management processes; involving identification and implementation of improvements in financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy across the business and finance function.

Qualification & Experience:
· Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Finance with Grade Point Average of 3.5 or higher from reputable university - CPA/CFA certification is desirable.
· Must have strong analytical skills and ability to work on broad range of activities and provide guidance to direct reports on complex processes and procedures.

Senior Tax Analyst

Major Responsibilities:
· Responsible for tax compliance monthly and annually
· Prepare correspondence and liaise with tax authorities, vendors, and other government authorities
· Provide complex advise and practical solutions on tax issues
· Perform and review tax exposure related to new and existing contracts.
· Identify and implement improvements in tax and accounting processes in Indonesia business unit

Qualification & Experience:
· Good team work, analytical skills and ability to deliver expected results.
· Complete understanding of all Indonesian Tax Laws. Previous exposure in oil and gas producing company would be an advantage
· Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in tax consultant or in other industry
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Tax with Grade Point Average of 3.5 or higher from reputable university – passed certification from IKPI is desirable.

Accounting & Financial Specialist

Major Responsibilities:
· Responsible for financial accounting for USGAAP & local GAAP/government reporting (quarterly report, annual budget, and authority for expenditure)
· Responsible for preparing analysis and reports to company management and government agencies
· Perform analysis on financial statements
· Implement improvements on system process and reporting

Qualification & Experience:
· Minimum 5 years accounting work experience
· Good analytical skills and team work
· Knowledge of SAP would be considered a plus
· Bachelor degree or higher in accounting with GPA of 3.2 or higher from reputable university

Ethics Compliance Specialist / Investigator

Responsibilities:
Assist in the conduct of ethics compliance, validation, and investigation program within ConocoPhillips Indonesia by reviewing and examining cases received by the Ethics office toward the accomplishment of its objectives in accordance with ConocoPhillips policies and procedures. Conduct investigations and produce reports for the Ethics Compliance Manager.

Qualification & Experience:
· Minimum S1 degree or equivalent in any fields or equivalent with more than five years of experience, or MBA degree with five years of experience, in jobs performing analytical type work.
· Excellent communication (oral and written) both in Bahasa Indonesia and in English.
· Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
· Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:
· Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
· Certified Professional Investigator
· Knowledge of investigation methodologies, relevant powers, Natural Justice Principles and PTNNT Policy and Regulations
· Basic understanding of oil and gas operations.

Assessment and Training:
Potential applicants will be required to undertake a suitability test prior to employment.
Training in investigative techniques will be provided to successful candidates.

Competency Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
• To support the HRD function in the strategic planning and implementation of ConocoPhillips Indonesia’s Business and Craft Apprentice program and facilitate BPMIGAS Approvals to support true business and operation needs.
• To support the HRD function in the strategic planning, coordinating, and gaining approvals on development program to both support business needs, and foster good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:
• University Degree
• Bachelor/ S1 in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, General Management, General Business Management, or Arts (Psychology) degree (Master degree will be an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the HR Training and Development or any HR function or Minimum 2 years working experience in multinational company or Exposure to the Oil and Gas industry / Energy Industry (desirable).
• Good command of English language (spoken & written)
• Has an excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts and determine true business needs.
• Superior interpersonal skills, able to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and flexibility in consulting and communicating with diverse groups at all levels of the organization, including line management, vendors, employees, etc.
• Experience in managing short and long-range projects and demonstrate the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines while remaining flexible and professional.
• Analytical skills sufficient to identify issues, recommend courses of action, implement action plans and evaluate results in a quantifying method.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills sufficient to explain program policies, procedures, and services to employees.
