Our Client, a multinational Company for Mining, invite experienced and committed personnel for the following positions:

1. Application & Services Manager (ASM) (08 – 0053)
Location: Jakarta

Qualifications:
• S1 Degree in Computer/Electrical /Physic/Telco Engineering
• Min. 10 years experience in IT Management of Corporations/MNC/Consultant
• Having experience in handling IT’s services and help desk services & manage the team
• Having good knowledge of Standard Software & Special Software package, especially Software Designer, Software Developer that fit into business need
• Able to manage project implementation that involve multiple parties
• Experience in producing IT’s Documentation, IT’s Policy, IT’s Procedure, that related with product solution and/or services solution
• Hands on in the current methodology of Software Development Life Cycle, such as Object Oriented Methodology, SOA
• Preferable experiences as Software Architecture
• Familiar with any DB Design that required for developing custom software solution
• Literate in any standard OA tools, Lotus Notes Email and Work Flow
system, ERP system
• Familiar with IP architecture, Unix Environment, Microsoft Platforms, Oracle Products and RDBMS

2. Mine Facilities Maintenance Dept Head (MFM) (08 – 0047)
Location: East Kalimantan - Bontang

Qualifications:
• S1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 7 years experience in material handling facility such as the maintenance of conveyors, reclaimers, stackers, barge loader, wash plant, heavy equipment, power generations, electric system, and power distribution
• Having experience in developing a preventive maintenance plan, PM schedules, maintenance procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOP) for equipment used in the material facility
• Having good knowledge of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software used in maintenance · Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
• Having good leadership skill
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity

3. Port Electrical Superintendent (PES) (08 – 0048)
Location: East Kalimantan - Bontang

Qualifications:
• S1 Degree in Electrical Engineer
• 5 years experience as maintenance electrical engineer from material handling facility involving conveyors, stackers, ship loaders, power gensets, overhead and underground high and medium voltage electric distribution, motor controls, MV VSD controller, PLC, MMI, SCADA system
• Having experience in material handling facility
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
• Having good leadership skill
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity

4. Port Mechanical Superintendent (PMS) (08 – 0049)
Location: East Kalimantan - Bontang

Qualifications:
• S1 Degree in Mechanical Engineer
• 5 years experience as maintenance mechanical engineer from material handling facility involving conveyors, stackers, ship loaders, power gensets, reclaimers, pumps, chains, hoist, craines
• Having good knowledge of hydraulics system and application
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
• Having good leadership skill
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity

5. Mine Planning Superintendent (08 - 0033)
Report to: Manager Mine Planning

Qualifications:
• S1 Degree in Mine Engineering
• 5-6 years experience in Mine Planning
• Familiar with mining software (Minescape, Vulcan, Surpac, Minex)
• Positions based in Kalimantan ( 2 position is available )
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity

6. Senior In House Lawyer (08 – 0040)
Jakarta Office, Permanent

Qualifications:
• S1 or S2 Degree in Law Minimum
• 5 years experience in legal department or reputable law firm
• Having knowledge in corporate and general business laws is a must Experience in preparing contract drafting and reviewing
• Familiar with contract monitoring of compliances and management of contracts
• Experience in handling corporate and litigation process and disputes relates to operation and business
• Able to demonstrate extensive legal advices and trainings
•Good computer literate
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English is a must
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills

• Able to set up program and budget
• Having good leadership skills
• Good understanding of TPM
• Certified Quality Auditor
• Certified ISO 9001 Auditor
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Good communication in both written and spoken English is a must (report writing)
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity

8. Safety Management System Manager (08 – 0051)
Location: Jakarta

Qualifications:
• S1 or S2 degree in Safety & Health/Mining Engineering
• 6 years experience in safety standard development, safety management implementation, safety audit
• Able to set up program and budget
• Having good leadership skills
• Certified Safety Auditor
• Certified safety expert
• Certified POP & POU
• Good understanding of OHSAS 18001
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Good communication in both written and spoken English is a must (report writing)
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity

9. Safety Management Specialist (08 – 0052)
Location: Jakarta

Qualifications:
• S1 degree in Safety & Health/Mining Engineering
• 3 years experience in safety management supervision, safety management implementation, safety program facilitator, safety program coaching and safety audit & reporting
• Certified Safety Auditor
• Good understanding of OHSAS 18001
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Good communication in both written and spoken English is a must (report writing)
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
