Method and QA/QC Engineer (Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)

Responsibilities:
* Assists Division personnel for procedures related to process, studies, construction and building maintenance activities
* Ensures the follow up of the Company head office requirements and recommendations related to engineering facilities activities.
* Enforces the affiliate’s HSE policy.
* Analyzes the working procedures used within the Engineering facilities division and its various departments in order to improve internal, external and transverse processes.
* Develops and implement a QHSE and QA/QC contractual policy which minimises risks for the Company.
* Prepares a Quality management system for the division.
* Ensures the implementation of the Quality management system
* Ensure that all lessons learned and feedback are properly filed and spreads to all entities in order to avoid reoccurence
* Ensures that the Quality training program for Engineering facilities division personnel is well implemented

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): QHSE, Quality Management System.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
