Senior Piping Designer

The Jobs:

· Understand and comply with the requirements of the Project Specification, the relevant Procedures, Specifications, Standards and other Job Notes applicable to the project
· Responsible for the preparation of detailed drawings and documents to the requirements of the Lead Engineer
· Ensure that all drawings and documents are complete within the allocated hours and in accordance with the program.
· Ensure that they are technically correct, checked and approved in accordance with Company procedures
· When instructed to do so undertake additional responsibilities in supervising groups of draft man or special functions
· Ensure that your design area is coordinated with adjacent areas and other disciplines
· Ensure that the information used to develop the design area is current and approved
· Ensure that your are satisfied that the project QA and technical requirements are met for the deliverables that represent your area of design
· Ensure that any concerns that you have about your design area are identified to the Lead Engineer.
· Ensure Compliance with Company Standards and Procedures and Health and Safety Regulation
· To read, understand and implement the Company Policy and the arrangements described in Company Management System documents
· Recommend improvements to company operating procedures
· Perform site visit and field assignment as required

The Requirements:

· Preferably qualified with a Technical High School or equivalent with suitable experience in CAD design.
· Preferably with detailed knowledge and suitable experiences of Piping and Plant layout design in the Oil, Gas and Chemical Industry.
· Minimum 8 years experience in Oil & Gas industry as Designer
