PT Avocet Bolaang Mongondow (PT ABM), a gold mining company located near Lanut, Bolaang Mongondow, Sulawesi Utara, is inviting applications for the following positions:

Exploration & Resource Development Geologist

Project Geologists:

* Maximize near pit resources through additional drilling and exploration activities.
* Supervise drilling and field activities.
* Provide technical assistance to the Mine Geology team, and ensure free exchange of data and ideas between Resource Development and Mine Geology.

Senior Geologists:

* In addition to the above, manage the geology teams and provide leadership, training, coaching and succession planning.
* Continue to liaise and support the regional exploration team by determining and providing information relating to any geological knowledge that may have been accumulated during the Resource Development and Mine Geology processes.
* Develop sound medium term and cost effective drilling campaigns.

Technical Competencies:

* An Earth Sciences Degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
* A minimum of five (geologist) or ten years (Senior Geologist) of production or resource development geology experience within the industry preferably in gold mining.
* Strong computer skills (Datamine/ Micromine/ Vulcan), extensive exposure to geological interpretation, modeling, exploration, grade control and mining software packages, reconciliation processes, and ability to maintain and administer geological databases.
* Possess strong leadership and team building skills.

Maintenance Mechanical Trainer

Requirements:

* Must possess at least an STM, Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* In possession of certificates in Mechanical Training.
* Has minimum age of 32 years old.
* Has a good capability in operating Computer.
* Possess strong leadership and team building skills.
* Has good command of English, both oral and written.
* Has a will to develop knowledge and work hard.
* Able to work in a team to reach the target.
* Need to be aware of, to work with and pass on the company's safety and environmental standards.

Experience:

* Experience Minimum 6 years as Maintenance Trainer.
* Proven Experience to be able to develop a training module.
* Ability to develop Matrix charts, schedule candidates for training and maintain a record system.
* Experience in training work procedures and safety policies are a must.
* OEM training experience for Tamrock , Cat, Volvo, Light Vehicles and trucks will be an advantage.
* Experience with training apprentices.

Job Description:
This is a new staff position and will require a self starter to set up maintenance training from scratch.

Single accommodation is offered with a roster of 5 weeks work and 2 weeks off, with an attractive salary to the successful candidate.
