"Total Valve & Flange Management" services cover supply, warehousing, inventory management, repair and testing both off site and on site. Due to expanding our project in Asia Pacific, especially in Indonesia, we're currently in need for qualified personnels for the following position:
GER-01 Controls and Instrumentation Engineer
Requirements:
* Due to continued expansion within the region, PT. Geographe Energy Indonesia are seeking an exceptionally well qualified mechanical and/or Instrumentation Engineer to work within a dynamic team offering on and off site Control Valve technical solutions to our clients in the mining, petrochemical & oil and gas industries.
* Typically this position will include all aspects of control valve management including supervising of Control Valve technicians in repair, calibration, performance diagnostics and trouble shooting for improved control valve performance and reliability.
* Excellent communication skills including a high standard of English, attention to detail, computer literate and a `can do' attitude' will be required.
* Other essential criteria required, is to a have extensive `hands on' Control Valve experience preferably within an off shore environment and the ability to work as a team player within this highly specialized group.
* Flexibility is also required as regular travel is required within Indonesia & Internationally (Australia & SE Asia).

GER-02 Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities to develop business opportunities & progress these into additional revenue streams.
• Oversee Engineers who provide technical support for I.T requirements within Energy.
• Provide superior links with key customers in the Oil and Gas industry to ensure that budgets are not only maintained but continual business opportunities are identified and customer relations are enhanced.
• Review valve design, specification, and calculations to meet contractual requirements.
• Oversee Engineers producing full mechanical certification for valve modifications and the necessary drawings and/or clear work instructions as required.
• Manage or oversee the management of individual projects to ensure time, financial and quality parameters are met as required by the contractual requirements.
• Promote sound working relationships with both Geographe external and internal customers.
• Implement any changes required in conjunction with the management team.
• Develop and manage the company's knowledge base to include all valve and associated equipment procedures, new valve technology, training modules and valve database management.
• Increase and manage the volume of work secured directly by Engineering with key target customers.
• Promote the Geographe continuous improvement and zero waste philosophies within the Engineering Division.
• Ensure that Quality Policy's and Procedures are adhered to and these are reviewed for changes or improvement on a regular basis by using the Corrective Action and Non Conformance reports to identify system compliance and potential changes.
• As a member of the Management Team, contribute proactive to the continuous improvement of Geographe Energy. This can be accomplished by obtaining feedback from the team, customer relationship building and securing major contracts and alliances.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Technical qualifications in Mechanical Engineering (Min S1)
• Minimum of 5-8 years experience of valve trouble shooting, with 2 years experience in valve design
• Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound Knowledge of industrial safety legislation, issues, general requirements and practices.

GER-03 Valve Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Produce full mechanical certification packages for valve modifications and the necessary drawings and / or clear work instructions as required.
• Design and develop solutions to mechanical engineering problems.
• Check design and modification calculations and drawings.
• Produce clear and detailed reports for submission to customers.
• Liaise with customers on both technical and general business requirements where appropriate.
• Carry out site work requirements in a proficient and professional manner.
• Assist in the development of the company's knowledge base
• To project manage all machining work including subcontractors as required to ensure company expectations of quality, service and on-time delivery are met.
• In-conjunction with QA continue the development of procedures, forms and documentation for all on-site work and the typical work-scopes for use on-site along with the appropriate internal training records to ensure competency of personnel.
• To have a sound understanding of the Hydrostatic and Pneumatic testing requirements and procedures of various valve types and pressures.
• To develop a sound mechanical understanding of various valve, actuator and gearbox types.
• A strong understanding of how critical thorough documentation, trace-ability and certification are to all overhauls / repairs, testing and modifications carried out.
Specific Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably from Mechanical Engineering with strong analytical thinking and problem solving especially in valve knowledge.
• 3-5 years experiences in valve and have experience in many projects in oil and gas industry or EPC Company.
• Having Experience with manual, automated, and Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) & its troubleshooting will be advantage.
• Familiar with computer software MS Office, CAD Drawing, and programming.

GER-04 Valve Technician
Responsibilities:
• To have the mechanical aptitude to resolve problem issues quickly and effectively and to have the ability to work on a wide range of equipment and processes
• To assist the production team in achieving company targets for monthly output, production profit and on-time delivery. Thus meeting budgetary and customer delivery requirements.
• Have the ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision.
• To assist in the continual improvement of production efficiency which shall include improvement in lead times and reduction of waste.
• The sound understanding of the Hydrostatic and Pneumatic testing requirements and procedures
• A strong understanding of how critical thorough documentation, trace-ability and certification are to all equipment overhauls, testing and modifications carried out.
• To ensure that all work has been completed, inspected and signed off before passing on to the next operation.
• To work with team members to manage production priorities during periods of leave absence and sickness.
• To input into the continual development of and adherence to the OHSE policy's, & procedures.
• To develop a sound mechanical understanding of various valve and actuator types.
• To assist in ensuring the workshop remains a clean and safe working environment with input into the company performance against the annual HSE Plan.
• To maintain and care for all equipment, tooling and machines used, company equipment and tooling
Specific Qualifications:
• Diploma (D-3) in Engineering, preferably from Mechanical Engineering with strong analytical thinking and problem solving especially in valve knowledge.
• 3 years experience in valve and have experience in many projects in oil and gas industry or EPC Company.
• Having knowledge, experience, and hands on capability to do machining and valve trouble shooting.
• Having Experience with manual, automated, and Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) Familiar with computer software MS Office.
