We are a multi-national company who are involved in the drilling and production sectors of oil, gas and geothermal projects worldwide, are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to fill the position of:

Facilites Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring the provision and maintenance of suitable buildings, offices, equipment and services for company business to be conducted in Indonesia
• To provide preventative and repair maintenance provision on all applicable equipment and premises
• Engage in future facility planning and rationalization plans as changes to business structure occur
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations/ laws regarding facility operations.

Qualifications:
• Previous company relocation projects.
• Experience of facilities supervision/ management for an office and workshop based company.
• Knowledge of local contractor base.
• Understanding of local and national laws/regulations regarding facility operation.
• 5 years experience in facilities management/supervision for a large multi site organisation.
• Oil and gas industry experience is preferred.

Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the co-ordination of activities relating to the provision and maintenance of company buildings, offices and equipment under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor.

Qualifications:
• Facilities co-ordination experience for an office and workshop based company.
• 3-5 years experience in facilities co-ordination role.

General requirements:
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of relevant computer software and strong skills in MS Office, AutoCAD and VISIO.
• Ability to communicate with people at all level, work to tight deadline, and to work unsupervised.
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.
